I started dancing from the age of 2 (Ballet, Modern, Tap and Jazz) and always had a passion to stay fit and active, that was until I got my first full time job and met my husband, where life and food took over!
I joined what was then R3 in 2004 to lose weight for my wedding. I regained my love and enjoyment back for fitness and became an instructor at the club around 2006/7. I have taught a variety of different classes ever since.
